Group Options
Group One
Recovery Retreat Group​
Time: Wednesdays, 3:00 – 8:00 PM
Description:
A deeper, retreat-style therapy group designed for extended emotional processing and connection. This group offers more time for reflection and discussion in a supportive, affirming environment.
(Minimum enrollment required to run.)
Group Two
Recovery Maintenance Group
​Time: Wednesdays, 5:00 – 8:00 PM
Description:
Focused, skill-based support for individuals maintaining sobriety and emotional wellness. This group emphasizes practical tools, community accountability, and continued personal growth.
Group Three
Trans & Queer Recovery Support Group
Time: Wednesdays, 2:30 – 4:30 PM
Description:
A smaller, identity-centered group offering peer and therapeutic support specifically for trans and queer individuals in recovery. Safe, affirming, and community-driven.

Finn, MA, LMFT, LADC — a licensed therapist with expertise in LGBTQIA+ identity and trauma recovery. Inclusive of all gender identities, orientations, and lived experiences. Insurance accepted, including Medical Assistance/Medicaid.
